٢- يحق للمشترك استرجاع رسوم الدورات التي لم يتم إطلاقها بعد والتي لم يتم استلامها على حسابه على موقعنا، لكن فور انطلاق الدورة وتوفرها رقميا على حسابه فلا يحق المطالبة باسترجاع رسومها ولا باستبدالها بدورة أخرى.
٣- يحق لنا إلغاء اشتراك العميل في الدورة التي قام بسداد رسومها سواء بشكل كامل أو مؤقت وبدون رد المبلغ المدفوع وبدون أي تعويض عن الدورات في أي حالة من الحالات التالية:
- في حالة خرق العميل لأي من بنود حقوق الملكية الفكرية المذكورة في بنود الشروط والأحكام.
- في حالة شراء العميل للدورة بطرق غير مشروعة أو باستخدام بطاقات بنكية مسروقة، ولنا الحق في إحالة الموضوع لأحد محامييها في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية أو الاتحاد الأوربي لرفع قضية على المشترك في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وفي بلده الأم
